It is a taxidermy workshop, a bloody crucifix, a meme with a suicidal Hello Kitty and a cockfight. It is an aisle, an altar to ecstasy, the abode of a Jinn, an Altar-Reliquary dedicated to ecstasy, the room of an unsuccessful person, and a palenque.
